At GR Custom Gift, each item is made to order and often personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is a production error on our part.
🔄 All Sales Are Final
All orders are considered final once placed. Please ensure all customization details (names, dates, colors, etc.) are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or refund the item.
